Just putting out there my recent experience with the Service Department. I brought in my Yamaha R3 on a recall service. I was told it wasn't a problem and it would be ready the next day, since I called in a month previous to get my kit ordered in time. But most importantly, I was told I would receive a phone call when the service was completed. That phone call never came. This was on a Friday, so my bike would have been ready on Saturday. Since the business is closed Sunday and Monday, and because I didn't receive the call, I had to wait three extra days to get my bike back. There is no value in customer service, and it seems no practice in it either here at this dealership.
