Down, down, downhill the Raymond has gone. What a disappointment. It used to be my favorite go-to but now - ugh. The service is ATROCIOUS. It seriously is as if they took people cold off the street who were trained to ensure customers that they don't care and are bored to death. You must wait to be seated regardless of having reservations and, even then, are treated as if you are a service person who walked in the back door. The food is still good but in the midst of lackluster staff, long waits for orders, disregard and lack of attentiveness - you just leave frustrated and disappointed. This is my experience after MULTIPLE returns over this past year. I wish they would get it together ...but yet, looks like they never will again.
