I see a lot of terrible reviews for this place so I wanted to leave a good one. First, this place is slow, yes. However, every USPS I've ever been to is fairly slow. Actually this review is for Phan, not so much this location. Phan is amazing and friendly and has always gone the extra mile to answer any questions I have regarding shipping internationally. She's a total pleasure and I always hope to get her when I'm waiting in line. The other workers are not as friendly as she is. So Phan, this 5 star review is just for you. I'm sad to move because I will miss your 10 star customer service, your friendly smile and stellar attitude.

The parking in this location is horrible! There are a few spaces directly next to the post office, but usually utilized by Subway customers. More spaces further in the rear, but those are also generally taken. Rude and lazy people park in the RED Zones across from the front doors and also directly by the front doors, a very unsafe situation as it makes it difficult to get your car by the two illegally parked cars. I've never seen this patrolled by police, and it should be. People should get ticketed for this violation. On a few occasions when I have arrived at 10 minutes to closing, the lobby doors have already been locked. The Mon-Fri hours the lobby is to stay open till 6:00 pm closing, so why are they locked by 5:50 pm...this just grinds me as my Association has a PO Box that I need to get into and empty. Plus, on 2 separate occasions I've been harassed by homeless people (men) who sit with all their stuff against the building and I was harassed for money as I tried to pass by. Not a very safe feeling or location.

The worker Linda there was really rude, USPS has to train their employee how to talk, feel so discriminating by this old lady’s action and word. Called USPS customer and filed a complaint regarding this discrimination.
